Return & Refund Policy – Metalin Metal Cards

At Metalin, every product is custom-made, personalized, and crafted with high-quality materials. Because each order is printed/engraved individually as per customer details, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.


1. No Returns on Customized Products

All metal cards (Aadhaar cards, ID cards, visiting cards, NFC cards, and custom engraved products) are personalized items.
Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the product is received damaged or has a manufacturing defect.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund or replacement is only provided in the following situations:

✔ Damaged Product Received

If the metal card arrives bent, broken, scratched, or physically damaged during transit.

✔ Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different design, name, photo, or information than what you submitted.

✔ Poor Print/Engraving Quality

If the print is blurry, pixelated, or materially defective due to production error.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

✘ Incorrect details (name, number, address, photo) submitted by the customer.
✘ Colour differences due to screen/monitor variations.
✘ Delay in delivery caused by courier service.
✘ Change of mind after the order is placed.
✘ Damage caused after delivery (scratches, bending, improper handling).


4. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement or refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Email or WhatsApp us with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo/video of the product
  • Photo of the package with shipping label
  • Description of the issue

We will verify the issue and respond within 1–2 business days.


5. Refund Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 3–7 business days.
  • In case of replacement, we will remake and ship the product at no extra cost.
  • Replacement or exchanged products will be delivered in 4 to 5 business days.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before the design/printing process begins.
Once artwork processing or printing starts, cancellation is not possible.


7. Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective/damaged: We cover the replacement shipping cost.
  • If customer provides wrong details: No refund or free replacement will be issued.
