Our metal Aadhaar/PAN cards are not official government-issued cards.
They are personalized replicas for display, gifting, or identification use as allowed by law.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing time varies based on design and workload.
Once printing/engraving begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier performance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or uncontrollable events.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR and may change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or services without notice.
We accept online payments through secure payment gateways supported by Shopify.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Customized products are non-returnable.
Refunds/replacements are only provided if:

The incorrect product is delivered
The product is damaged during transit
There is a genuine manufacturing defect
