Shipping Policy – Metalin Metal Cards

Below is our ship-ping process, timelines, and important customer guidelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All metal cards are custom-made.
Our standard processing/production time is:
- Design + Printing/Engraving: 1–3 business days
- Quality Check & Packaging: 1 day
Processing times may extend during peak seasons, holidays, or high order volume.
2. Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically take:
- 3–7 business days for most locations in India
- Remote locations may take 7–10 business days
We use trusted courier partners for safe and reliable delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping during promotions or special offers.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges (if enabled) are non-refundable.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking number
- Courier name/link
- Email/SMS updates from the courier partner
In case tracking does not update for 48–72 hours, please contact our support team.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a valid and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Delays caused by unreachable phone numbers
- Reshipping fees if the package returns due to customer error
6. Delayed Deliveries
Delivery timelines may vary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Festivals or public holidays
- Logistics/courier issues
- Remote or non-serviceable pin codes
We do not offer refunds for courier delays since they are beyond our control.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos or video of the product and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and details
If the courier confirms loss or damage, we will provide a replacement at no extra cost.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship only within India.
9. Return Due to Non-Delivery
If the courier returns the package due to:
- Wrong address
- Multiple failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailable
We can reship the order after the customer pays the reshipping charges.
Refunds are not provided for customized products.
